Elizabeth was born and raised in Memphis, Tennessee. She attended Clemson University for her undergraduate studies, achieving a Bachelor of Arts in English, and a minor in Education. She attended law school at the University of Montana. Elizabeth is admitted to practice in all Montana Courts, the U.S. District Court for the District of Montana, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
She is a member of the American Bar Association, the State Bar of Montana, the Gallatin County Bar Association, and the CJA Panel for the Great Falls Division of the District of Montana. Elizabeth is also a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers as well as the Montana Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
When not working, Elizabeth enjoys hunting and fly fishing with her husband, Matt, hiking with her two dogs, Bear and Lee, and running nationwide half marathons. In her free time, she volunteers as a Guardian ad Litem with CASA of Gallatin County.
